Concern about COVID-19 – Office Closure

At iSight Optometry, we are committed to the safety and well-being of our staff, our patients, their families, and our surrounding community. Amidst the global response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking action to slow its continued spread by reducing non-essential trips out of your homes.

While we have been committed to meeting the needs of our clients with trying to remain open, we have decided that in order to help protect our staff, clients and community as a whole, effective Thursday, March 19th, we will be temporarily closing our office for an initial period of 2 weeks. All patients with appointments from March 20th to April 3 will be contacted as soon as possible to reschedule their appointments.

We will be assessing the situation daily to monitor if further rescheduling is required and will update our message system and social media platforms accordingly.  If further rescheduling is required, we will be in contact with you.  As soon as we are able to safely and responsibly reopen, we will update our social media platforms.

All phone calls will be forwarded to one of our optometrists.  If you have any questions or concerns please call us at 250-860-2020. We are still taking all contact lens orders, these orders will be shipped to your address.

We share your concerns during this uncertain time and believe through diligence, together we can make a difference

Stay Safe and Healthy
